What is Boneless Special Trim Chicken Breast?
It means these breasts have no bones, and most of the skin, fat, and cartilage have been trimmed away.  Simply put, this means you are getting primarily chicken breast meat!
What are Jumbo Cut "Trimmed & Tipped" Party Wings?
With jumbo wings you get more meat than bone.  A trimmed & tipped wing means that the drum has been separated from the wing portion of the wing and the “flipper” has been “tipped” (cut off & removed).  Simply put you get more meat than bone and you don’t pay for the inedible flipper!

Marinades are one our specialties at The Butchery!

We produce our marinades in our own USDA production facility which is located in the lower level of our North Street building in Danvers.

As a certified USDA production facility the entire production process for our marinades is under strict USDA guidelines and is overseen by USDA inspectors who are on site during production.

The Butchery has been producing marinades for a long time and it is with a great sense of pride that we produce them under these strict standards of quality.
